espeleolex comes out with the vocation of creating an effective documentary database
integrated by:
- Articles
that analyse each aspect relative to the caving activity
from a legal view. The articles considerated interesting and that have already been
published before, can be reproduced here freely, unless an express remark against it from
his/her author or the editor who published them.
- Legislation
relative to those aspects in relation to the caving
activity, taking into account so the sports view as the enviromental, cutural, educating,
technical or aid and rescue aspects.
- Jurisprudence
from the judges and courts by interpreting the
rules relative to the caving training.
