With this project we are trying to analyse all those points of view from a legal position which could have an effect on the development of the speleological activity in Spain. By the way, we are trying to answer questions, to promote the opinions exchange and to generate proposals of future.

These pages are non profit-making ones and have a plainly divulging and cultural character. The texts of norms, resolutions and sentences are compiled from differents sources with public access and after that they are processed having an exclusive informative character. So in the case of the laws published in the respective official government bulletins as in the rest of the norms, resolutions and sentences, the corresponding official printed text is the one that prevail in case of divergence with the electronic version.
